Amazing Ab Transformation

I was browsing YouTube and came across this video of a young woman who used the negative energy from a breakup to dramatically transform her abs. If you're working to tone up those abs, then this will be a very inspirational video clip. The motivating track Fighter by Christina Aguilera plays as you see the video documentary of her abs transition to a rock hard 6 pack.

Get Ripped Abs
If you're lookin to get ripped abs like this young lady, I'd highly recommend the P90X "Ab Ripper X" 15 minute workout video. Do this workout on a regular basis and you're on the right path to having ripped abs.

Nike Airmax 360 Running Shoes

When running, the most important pieces of equipment to you are your shoes. Its imperative that they fit your feet PERFECTLY and be comfortable to wear. Shoes that are too big or too small will eventually cause blisters, and shoes without proper arch support can cause shin splints and other running related injuries.

I’ve tried many different running shoes and have found my match with the Nike Airmax 360 running shoes. They fit my feet perfectly, provide outstanding arch support, are light, and extremely comfortable. After a 5 mile run my feet feel good and have no joint aches and cant say the same when running that distance with other brands. I’ve got two pair and alternate on a regular basis.

If you’re looking for a good running shoe give them a try. They’re expensive $160 for the newest models and $100 at Nike Outlet stores but it’s worth the price.

Be Wary of Fakes on Ebay
I was deceived and ordered a fake pair of shoes on Ebay a few months ago for $65 and was very disappointed. They were billed as authentic; however it was suspicious that the seller was based in China. See the picture below. There was virtually no way to tell the difference, however they feel horrible when running.

Ebay is a good place for bargains, but be wary of any shoes that are shipped from China. Chances are they fake.
